This absolutely stunning Limoges hinged jewelry/pill box is a 24K gold and pink ornaments grand piano miniature, with white cabriole legs, with 24KT gold fan detailing and gold dots.  On top and sides are flower arrangements.  A lyre is a clasp.  

The inside has a metal prop, and flowers are painted on both inside surfaces.

On the box bottom is the mark of Limoges: "Limoges France - Marque Deposee*."   Signed Rehausee Main**.
