Produce photo-quality full color images with fuser oil or oil-less laser color copiers and printer. Great durability and vibrant colors. Do not use with inkjet or bubble jet printers. Due to the toner used in HP and Brother laser printers, transfers used with these printers have less durability and washability than transfers from other printers. Printers that have a fusing temperature above 350° F will have difficulty printing onto transfer paper and may experience jamming within the printer.

Instructions:

1) For use on hard surfaces, including mugs, cups, tiles, glass, ceramic, wood and metal surfaces.
2) Mirror the image before printing.
3) Cut the transfer to fit the item and secure with heat resistant tape.
4) Although there is a lot of variation in mugs and presses, 2 minutes as 250° F should adhere the toner.
5) Remove the mug from the press carefully and place under running cold water to peel the paper backing.
6) Since this paper is made for use in the high heat laser printers, some settings may need to be adjusted to achieve greatest results.
7) Mugs 'n More transfers to a variety of hard coated ceramics, metals and magnets. Please note that glazing is required for durability.

Heat press designed for your substrate is required.

Shipping

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. USPS carrier will deliver to PO Boxes, APO's/FPO Addresses, or US Territory addresses. Domestic & International shipments will be supplied a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. Shipments are processed once payment clears; shipped within 1-2 business days.

We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL and US Postal Service.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

  1. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact.
  2. Paper returns that are not in original condition must include any and all used and unused sheets.
  3. Returns should be properly packaged for shipment back to our facility to avoid damage during transit. Returns damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will be deducted from the refund total.
  4. When we receive your package we will process the return within 7 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs.
