This is brand new with tags.  The pattern depicts polar bears playing with their cubs on a red background.   Very handy to keep in your purse when you need your keys or ID. There is a clear window on the outside for your ID and a zippered section for coins.  It measures approximately 5” across and 3” high.  No pets or smokers in household. A great stocking stuffer!
