I made this (in silver) for my RGV250 as my kickstart vibrated against the frame and wore a horrible mark on it. It came to my attention that a lot of people have this issue and I thought I'ld print a few. It is 3D printed (completely solid) from PLA+ plastic for a nice finish and strength. I've got this on my race bike but I haven't been able to put much time on it to say how long it will last but that is why it is printed solid and is designed chunky. It is a snug fit on the kickstart arm and I specifically didn't design it as a clip as this would break over time through flexing, it is more of a guide to stop the arm moving about and hitting the frame. I have also pre-applied the strongest double sided tape I can find so its just peel and stick to install.

The black clip is shown in the fitted image but it will be supplied in silver. Black version is available in another listing.
