Irregular means it is rejected from levis for many reasons such as wrong model # or size or style and could be rejected because it got some imperfect stitches or damage or stains or missing stitches or accessories size or some of the accessories may not  be authentic  or misprint size or length or missing the length in the label or tag or could have wrong pockets style or wrong pockets size or no stitches design on pockets and the imperfection could be from uneven feet length or uneven parallel stitches lines and sometimes you can't even find any mistake or problem even though it was rejected for unknown reasons or even over made numbers of items than requested.(we are not cloth professionals so we do not know for sure if  this pants are authentic or fake since we purchased some clothes from a closing business) .
