For best results immerse the entire tube of Kailas Cream in warm or hot water for 1-2 minutes before use. Alternatively, warm on a radiator (not electric radiator).
Kailas Cream needs to be warmed before use, because coconut oil, the main ingredient of the cream, becomes solid below 24 degrees centigrade.
Some separation of lime water from the cream is a natural occurrence in this product and does not detract from its performance.
