Beautifully made black rayon skirt, has a partial elastic waist, 4 rows of ruffles in the back, and a drawstring gathered front, to raise and lower the front.The drawstring pulls are at the top on either side. Once you have the desired length, just tie them into bow, and let them show.

The black rayon brocade patterned waist cincher has 4 metal latch hooks in the front and 2 buckled straps on either side.It has 14 "boned" stays, and laces up the back. This design also has a 4 1/2" panel behind the lacing to allow for expansion without exposing your under garment or skin. Plus an extra piece of fabric was added to extend another 4".
Measurements are taken with the garment flat, and the back laced panels touching,
then expanded.
Corset will fit waist sizes 28"-36"
