Tea brewing instructions - Start with cold, fresh water.
Preheat teapot. Cooling of the water results in weak brew.
water temp 212°F (boiling)
Use approximately 2 Grams Per 8 Ounces Water.
Use 1/2 oz. tea leaves per quart. For Tea, steep 3-5 minutes.
Brew Herbal Teas (TISANES) as black teas, with water to rolling boil.
Pour OVER Tea or Herbal. DO NOT BOIL botanicals when making tea.
Use discretion and taste to produce a brew-strength equal to 2 Grams Per 8 Ounces Water.
