Condition:  I don't believe the photo is an original--looks like a magnet that was glued on. Original owner put these pieces together.  Badge did not test Silver. Back of Badge shows HEAVY Darkening/rust color in spots. Although the paper is flat, is is heavily wrinkled--shows corner wear. Signatures appear to be original. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described".
