3D printed with a blue base, Sapphire grey, Light grey and Orange rank inserts. 

The base has 2 tie pins mounted in the rear allowing the badge to be attached to a cosplay uniform. 

75.5mm long, 34.5mm tall, 8.5mm deep (16mm with tie pins)
