This extravagant brass palm tree sculpture is a stunning and rare example of Hollywood Regency opulence. Originally part of a mega-yacht docked in Monaco in the 1970s, this 190cm high sculpture would be a real statement in any interior.

The entire palm tree is made of brass - with the base being weighed down with densely packed concrete. The leaves are detachable, and are able to be arranged in any order of your choosing. Some leaves have patina that comes from being over 50 years old. The edges of each leaf has the characteristic Maison Jansen melted serrated blobs.

It was made using a one long strip of brass, treated, and rolled in a hollow spiral cone. It could be turned into a light if you wanted to, as it can be easily wired.
