TRiX S13 180sx, 200sx, CA18, SR20 and KA24 Engine Damper.

This listing is for a TRiX 180sx, 200sx, 240sx s13 engine damper. Our damper has been specially designed to fit all engines that are implanted into a s13 shell. It will fit JDM UK and US cars with the either the CA18DET, SR20DET and KA24DE. We include extra mounting brackets to ensure whichever chassis / engine combination you have, this will fit.

Engines need movement. However, when gaining more power OEM parts such as engine mounts will wear quicker which results in excessive movement. The torque damper is designed to reduce engine movement, giving a better torque response, a more linear power delivery and smoother acceleration by ensuring more engine power is transferred to the wheels and not wasted by excessive engine movement.

Our dampers will help with clutch kicks, drifting and most importantly it will help to reduce exhaust cracks and turbo gaskets failing.

Fitting instructions

This is a very easy part to fit and will take only 10 mins if you have the correct tools. However, if you are not confident, we always recommend professional installation.

·      Attach mounting bracket to the engine using the bolts provided.

·      Attach the damper mount to the exhaust side strut top using the 3 strut top bolts already present

·      Attach the damper to both mounts using the bolts provided.

Done.
