Condition - New Items
- All items that are listed as new are items that are new from the MFG. We DO NOT sell factory seconds when listing items as NEW.
Inventory
- We do our best to stock as many items in our warehouse as possible. If an item or size is listed as out of stock please contact us as we may have more coming in or missed a restock in the system.

- SHIPPING: We ship out our items in the cheapest way possible (for your convenience !) and garments may be positioned into small packages. Items should be safe through shipping and you should not have to worry. We use expedite shipping (7 to 10 working days) by DHL Express or FedEx Express.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Yes ! We do provide International shipping options through eBay's international shipping program.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE: Express shipping is available! SEE "Shipping and Payments" tab in listing to see if Express shipping is available for the particular item you are bidding on.
- COMBINED SHIPPING: Combined shipping is only available on certain items, the listing will display whether or not it is, charges are based on total weight and distance, we DO NOT ship per-say 5 items for the price of one.
- HANDLING: Please note that some handling times are longer than others. eBay will provide and estimated time before shipping before purchase and will display and estimated delivery dates. Along with any extended handling times between 1 to 3 days.
- Package Contains: 1 Chef Coat Only.
Returns:
- We accept returns on most items. If we do it will be in the listing under return policy. All merchandise must be in original unaltered condition with all of the original tags, labels and packing material that it was received with.
