Consumer Return and Exchange Policy
Effective June 1 2014

Stock Returns and Exchanges:
SELLER will consider customer returns and exchanges, given that the following conditions are met:

All returns and exchanges must be sent to SELLER within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Garments must not have been worn or washed/laundered and must have all original hang tags and sew-in tags attached in their original position and condition. In addition they must come in all the original packaging.

Customer must have a prior Return Authorization be it verbal or written by SELLER

Customer is responsible for incurring all shipping charges related to the Return / Exchange

MANUFACTURERS’ return policy applies to items that are in stock / regularly stocked items only. Special orders or Custom orders do not qualify for returns / exchanges except in the case of manufacturer's error or defect. Stock items that are ordered with embellishments, any “build your own” leotards, Grip-Bags or other garments / merchandise available from MANUFACTURER (jewels, embroidery, imprinting, etc.) are considered special orders.

**NO returns on eBay auctions, sales, special promotions, “Buy it Now” options; unless otherwise stated, in writing, by SELLER, in the description of the individual item listing**

Defective Merchandise:
SELLER takes pride in its quality control of our garments. Our garments are made with the finest materials, a lot of love and creativity. Each one of our couture garments is embellished by hand, resulting in a one of a kind piece that cannot be replicated. Variations are to be expected and we take great pride in the distinct artistic elements of our garments. Proper care is necessary to ensure longevity. For merchandise that has a potential manufacturer's error or defect, the customer must inspect the garment and obtain a verbal or written Return Authorization within 5 days of purchase date; providing proof of damage if requested prior to returning the garment. If it is determined that a manufacturer's error or defect exists, SELLER, at its sole discretion, will either replace the merchandise or credit the customer's account. SELLER will credit the customer's account for shipping charges incurred returning the merchandise to SELLER and will pay shipping charges to send the replacement merchandise to the customer. SELLER will not accept defective merchandise beyond 5 days from date of receipt of merchandise.  MANUFACTURER strongly suggests that you use Forever New Fabric wash for all their garments.

Return/Exchange Instructions:
Due to health requirements, and safety concerns for our employees, any garment that is being returned for any reason must be clean and free of any bodily fluids and/or stains of any kind. Garments returned damaged by stain, tear, snag, questionable hygiene deposits  will be immediately classified as non-returnable with no refunds of any kind.

Package the item(s) you wish to return. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Approval you have obtained and/or a copy of your eBay documentation.

We strongly recommend you choose a method of shipment that enables you to track your return. Even request a Signature upon delivery of the package if necessary. Packages that are lost during the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
