Although unusual, occasionally goods may get damaged during shipment, or the wrong item may be sent.
Do not worry simply contact us through eBay and straight away we will arrange a replacement item to be dispatched within a few days or a refund if you prefer - just let us know.
Goods will need to be returned to us but we will arrange to collect them so you are inconvenienced as little as possible.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind about your online purchase for up to 14 days after you receive them.
We are happy go beyond that and accept returns if you change your mind up to 30 days after purchase date as long as:
