To make these cut-out shapes we use 1/4in black glossy acrylic. We use laser cutting machine to cutout these characters. 

Glossy black decorative piece comes with a layer of white masking paper applied on top to keep your sign protected from scratches.

Please remove this paper after you finish installation.

Such acrylic generally is used for signage nowadays and this is a very strong long term material. 

Besides our decoration was designed to be installed on metal studs going inside a wall so such a structure is very durable.

The installation isn't complicated. We provide a rigid coroplast template with a printed house address image on it. Place the template to a wall. You may use double side sticky tape (Scotch tape) to fasten the template to the wall temporarily. Drill the holes through the marks on the template and then remove the template from the wall. Screw in metal studs (screws) into plastic pads (clear plastic washers) at the back of the letters. Put some small amount of silicone on the stud tips and insert studs with letters into the holes in the wall. When silicone dries out, the installation is complete.
