Unique find!  A vintage wooden candle holder of a kneeling angel, complete with brass tin/metal wings, holding a red candle holder!  She's kneeling on a round white wood base and is hand painted with blonde hair, sweet face, and blue polka dot gown.  Very sweet!  She measures just under 4" tall and the base measures 2 3/4". The width of the angel is 3/4".  There is a faint mark on the base, but cannot identify it.
