This is for the exact box as shown in the pictures.  Approximate measurements of the lid 10.5" by 8.5" by 1".  There is a hand written number on the back of the boxes.  You get both boxes and everything as shown in the pictures.  Please note that there is a small ding/indent on each box as you can see in the pictures.  The box that I will ship these in is sturdy to keep these safe during transportation.  Shipping cost is based upon actual weight of the total package which exceeds one pound in total weight.
