VTG SALT & PEPPER SHAKERS GOLD ENCRUSTED FLORAL, JAPAN & USA..PRETTY!.

Two gold  flower encrusted salt and pepper shakers that exemplify quality . Elegant pieces to compliment a variety of tableware. These pieces appear to b high end(to my eye) There are no chips, no major scratches, show very well, could perhaps use some polishing ( which I do not do), needs new stoppers. Photos show some shadows but  color is consistant.

WARNING: Each piece says "Japan"  and "decorated in USA", hand numbered "1228". I do not know the true manufactor but have seen Pickard designs using the encrusted gold and floral pattern.
