Frankincense Boswellic Acid
Dissolved in olive oil at ratio of 1:2 , 1 part 100% Boswellic Acid and 2 parts olive oil. It contains natural vitamin E as a preservative.
100% Boswellic Acid is a gum like material. If you take the powder directly, you are not getting much from it in benefit at all. You can take the pure gum and chew it all day and it won't dissolve in your mouth.
However, boswellic acid will dissolve in warm olive oil and stays dissolved.
If made thicker then 2:1 then it will be very viscous and harder to get out of the bottle.
This is a very potent mix compared to capsules, so build up tolerance.
It has a strong taste, but little after taste once it is absorbed.
