For sale is a silverplated bride's basket with a beautiful cased-glass dark-to-light pink fluted bowl. The basket is unmarked (except for "7100") and is in wonderful condition: just a bit of white silver-polish residue, but no breaks, dents, or repairs. It has a "berry" at the top and on each side, as well as two berries where the handle meets the base on each side; there are two leaves under each side berry and beading near the top edge of the basket; silverplate appears to be in good condition except for some silverplate loss on the upper handle. It measures 11" high and 11.5" at its widest. The bowl has a clear casing around the top edge of the glass and a smooth pontil. It measures 11.5" across and 3.75" high, and is in excellent condition: no chips, cracks, or repairs. Simply stunning!

Any insurance claims must be initiated by the buyer through the Post Office on Priority Mail. If the insurance is though E-Bay’s ShipCover Insurance I will be the one to initiate.
