Delivery:

Royal Mail First/Second class recorded on all items under £49

Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) on all items over £50

Royal Mail Large items will be sent via UK mail.

We also offer combined postage discounts for multiple items up to the sale value of £2500 

Please allow 7-10 days for processing & delivery. Although we aim for next day during the week if purchased before 1pm


These charges are based on Royal mails standard rates.

We sell a mixture of New and pre-owned Jewellery:

Unworn and/or As New items - these are not new, however; they remain in their original boxes in new condition with receipts and warranties intact. Further details of which can be found on the individual listing.

Pre-owned items - these are previously used, worn second hand jewellery with varying accessories and conditions.

We are not authorised dealers for any of the manufacturers we feature on the site. Details of condition and included items are listed on the individual listing.

After we receive the full and cleared payment for the order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from eBay with details of your order. Please check this fully including your delivery address as changes may not be able to be rectified at a later time. If you do notice an error, please contact us immediately. The order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days unless otherwise notified and agreed by the customer. Delivery is generally processed by Royal Mail, although on occasion, this may not be possible and another reputable delivery company may be used. Delivery is always fully insured and tracked.

We are also open to requests for delivery to be made by other delivery companies but please contact us before placing an order to check as an additional charge may be incurred. You are also more than welcome to collect the item in person at our store. In regards to returns, please see the ?Returns? tab.

If your item develops a fault:

Faults with the category of Jewellery that we sell are extremely unlikely although, problems can sometimes occur. In regards to an item that has suffered a manufacturing defect, these may be covered under, one of two warranties depending on the piece. In either circumstance, the best practice is to contact us in the first instance. Some issues can be rectified by guidance from our assistants. If this is not the case, we will also suggest the best course of action. This may involve returning the item to us for which we will reimburse you for the return postage once the inspection is complete and a fault has been verified. If your item develops a fault for any reason that falls outside of the relevant warranty, we may still be able to assist in arranging a repair although this would be at an agreed upon cost.

Jewellery with existing manufacturers warranty:

Jewellery that is still covered by the original manufacturer's warranty will generally be returned directly to them for repair. We will always endeavour to have this processed as quickly as possible for you although we can only work to their time frame. For full details of each manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty booklet or receipt (if included) or alternatively the manufacturers website. This generally does not apply to things such as, but not limited to, any defect in the products arising from: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions or accident.

90 Day Warranty:

All of the items we sell include our 90 day repair or replace warranty. We guarantee that as long as the jewellery is used in the way it is intended it will function for the period of the warranty as it should were it a new piece. The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to use the products in accordance to the above; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.

The Lifetime Guarantee Of Authenticity:

We provide a lifetime guarantee with all of our items. This covers that they are genuine and an authentic article as described in the listing. If at any point the item is confirmed as counterfeit, then your money will be refunded to you when we receive the articles (any accessories provided at the time of sale must also be returned). Confirmation of its authenticity will also need to be ascertained before a refund, this is done generally from the original manufacturer. We are unable to action this guarantee without the item being with us and without proof.


Fraudulent transactions:

If we reasonably suspect a fraudulent payment/transaction by any payment method, then we will not dispatch any goods and we will not carry out any refunds until authorised by our bank.

Returns

Returns:

Our items are sold on the basis that they are fit for purpose and are as described in all aspects of condition and functionality.

Miss-purchases are not covered in our returns policy, however we would accept an exchange for other goods within a 28 day period.

Due to health and hygiene all jewellery made for piercings are non returnable unless there is a genuine manufactural fault.


All return postage is to be paid by the customer.

14 day distance selling rules will apply. There after: 90 Day Repair or Replace Warranty. If the customer has any problems they can send it back and we will fix it or replace it or offer online store credit.

Our 90 day repair or replace warranty does not breach your statutory rights. In accordance for the consumer rights act 2015 if your item is not fit for purpose at point of sale you have the right to reject the item within 30 days and will be issued a refund including postage up to the return of the item and once inspection of the fault has been completed and shows a manufactural fault.
