a multi-national DVD business with a bank account registered in the Isle of Man
to avoid taxes. I am an independent DVD hobbyist/collector. I sell my extra DVD’s to fund my DVD habit!

DIGITAL COPIES
Items listed as used are sold
as 'USED'; it has to be implied that any Digital Copies referred to on the
packaging or included are also 'USED' or 'REDEEMED'. Any Digital Copies
included with any 'NEW' media, may be expired
REGIONAL CODING
I do not accept returns due
to incompatibility with region codes.
The customer is always responsible for ensuring they have the correct
equipment to play any media ordered. The
listing explicitly highlights the region code of the disc and the need to
ensure you do not order if you are unsure of the regional code of your player.
ILLUSTRATIONS/PHOTOGRAPHS
The images used may be
scans/photographs of the original item or they may be representative stock
images, which may differ slightly from the actual product.
POSTAGE
I am up-front regarding the
postage costs. I do not offer ‘free
postage’ which is then hidden within an inflated item cost. Postage does cost money, it is expensive and
ultimately it has to be paid for. I feel
it is more honest to show the actual postage costs, than pretend I am posting
for free, but charging more for the item
I attempt to post all items within 48 hours or
ordering (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) and ‘Proof of Postage’ is
obtained from Royal Mail for ALL items
When placing your order, I
offer TWO options for postage; ‘Standard 2nd Class’ or ‘2nd Class Signed For’. PLEASE
CHOOSE THE ‘SIGNED FOR’OPTION. ‘Signed
for’ gives added protection, higher insurance & tracking; these are
unavailable with ‘Standard 2nd Class’.
If you choose ‘Standard 2nd Class’ rather than ‘2nd Class Signed For’ I
cannot be held liable for items lost by Royal Mail, as I recommend you use the
‘Signed For’ option for your protection; but these postage costs are entirely
optional and at the buyers discretion
Under ‘Standard 2nd Class’ any
losses or compensation claims are to made directly by you to Royal
Mail after the obligatory 28 days have passed (the length of time Royal Mail
must allow for late items to arrive before recording them as 'lost'). Again, I recommend 'Signed For' with higher
insurance coverage & tracking. See Royal Mail website for further
details
MAIL DELAYS
Mail can often be delayed,
particularly under current climates. By continuing with your purchase I ask
that you do not open disputes or leave any negative feedback prior to
contacting me in the first instance. Please do not place an order with me if
this is not possible or you feel you cannot wait for a potentially delayed
delivery - it is down to Royal Mail and out of my control. Guidelines/expectations of delivery given by
eBay are exactly that; just guidelines and unfortunately are not always
attainable by Postal Services. Please do be patient
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE OPTIONS
As an international buyer
myself I am only too aware, that International orders are RIDICULOUSLY
expensive for postage (sadly, I do not decide on postage costs, we are all at
the mercy of the postal systems...and eBay who also take a large cut of the
fees paid for postage). International Economy Postage includes NO compensation, tracking or
cover for this reduced price. Proof of Postage can be given, but NO
compensation will be made for items lost in transit under ‘International
Economy’ Postage. If you would prefer your items insured, please opt for
the ‘International Tracked’ option. I reiterate; international orders are only
insured if the ‘International Tracked’ option is purchased by the buyer - I
cannot afford to reimburse for lost packages, purchased with inadequate
cover. These postage costs are entirely optional and at the buyers
discretion
REDUCING INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS
Postage costs are based on
size and weight. It may be possible, if
requested, to send discs and any artwork (sleeve etc.) in a smaller slimmer,
lighter envelope, without the plastic jewel cases; the plastic cases form a
considerable amount of the overall weight of the package. Please message me
directly if you would like to discuss this as an option. Please bear in mind
this option is at your own risk – no compensation will be made for
scratched/damaged discs or sleeves sent in non-padded envelopes without jewel
cases
OVERSEAS PURCHASES
For overseas buyers, please
note your item/s may need Customs Clearance, which may result in a delay in
receiving your item; again this is out of my control, so please be patient
regarding any delays. Import duties,
taxes or any additional charges are not
included and are the sole responsibility
of the buyer. Please check with your
country’s Customs Office before purchasing, as I bear no responsibility for any additional costs you may incur
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for
ensuring that their postal address and e-mail address are current and correctly
registered with Ebay and Paypal, I am not responsible for any mis-directed
e-mails or mis-delivery of orders due to incorrectly registered e-mail
addresses or postal addresses. There
will be no refunds given for items if a delivery attempt has been made and the
item has not subsequently been collected by the buyer. As the purchaser, you agree to forfeit all
monies paid, and there will be no refunds requested, for items returned to
sender by the Post Office, due to non-collection.
PACKAGING OF DISCS
Discs are sent securely in
well-padded jiffy bags (larger items may be boxed or sent in other suitable packaging). Occasionally discs may become dislodged from
their circular central hub, due to their transportation. Unfortunately this is fairly common and beyond
my control. For Brand New & Sealed
items, you may request that any new items be unsealed and extra packaging may
be used. Please advise me if you request
this and I will break the shrink wrap and add more padding. Unless advised, all items will be shipped ‘as
is’. I cannot be held responsible for
the dislodging of discs during transportation. Any damage incurred must be
claimed directly with Royal Mail
RETURNS
All returns are tested; if it
is found that the item is not faulty, there will be no refund issued and a
report made to ebay. Proof of the item
working will be sent in the form of a photograph of the item playing and sent
to both the customer and ebay. The seller (myself) is not
responsible for the contents committed to disc. I have no affiliation
with the production; nor with the finished article. I had no say over the
acting, direction, camerawork, producing, editing or subtitles! Please
bear this in mind. I do not offer refunds based on the quality of the
production!

Finally - I try hard to ensure all my customers are satisfied and your business is appreciated, but if you are unhappy with any aspects of the above, I respectfully please ask you, do not purchase from me, to avoid any disappointment
