at the top - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; in the upper part, in a circle - an inscription: RESPUBLIKA BELARUS; in the center - an inscription in a circle: ORTHODOX SAINTS; under it, against the background of the ornament, is the image of the model-reconstruction of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Church in Polotsk; on the left - face value: 50 RUBLES for gold and 10 RUBLES for silver; on the right - the year of minting, the fineness of the alloy and the trade mark of the Polish Mint.

at the top of the circle - the inscription: ST. SERGY OF RADONEZH; in the center - against the background of the ornament used in iconography, with an insert (four synthetic crystals) - the image of St. Sergius of Radonezh.
