We are not professional tester. But the one outside the bag was plugged into our computer and the bios recognized it. The other card in the package has two capacitors that had fallen off. That card and capacitors are include as parts. There in a SDI breakout plate as well as additional cables included. Only the items shown in the pictures are include.
