Original Art Kurt Cobain Collage Portrait Smoke-free Home one of a kind.

This is an original art work, never reproduced! I created it in college for an assignment in an Art class - we were to draw a portrait and cover it with text while still retaining the portrait image. This was back in 1995 after Kurt killed himself. I used a photo from Spin magazine on which to base my pencil drawing. Then I cut out the articles from that Spin mag as well as a Rolling Stone articles and included them in the collage - IN ORDER, you can read the actual articles. His hair and face have words from his songs that foreshadowed his demise and the struggles that caused it. In his eyes you can see his birth year, death month and year, and age at death. His nostril spells out 'smells like Nirvana". I had a lot of fun and stayed up listening to Nirvana for hours creating this. I would like for it to go to a home that would really appreciate it. It would have been great if I used a glue that didn't discolor but it has stayed intact behind glass for all these years so I shouldn't complain.  The artwork will be well packed and still in the Matte Frame but not in a frame because I can't ship glass.
