We accept payments via PayPal and wire transfers on eBay. Please make sure your PayPal and eBay shipping addresses match. We will send your order immediately after receipt of the order, even if you have not yet paid. We would like to offer you, the customer, the best possible service and are ready to take on the seller's payment default risk. We would therefore like to ask you to pay the order total as quickly as possible or at the latest within 3 days via PayPal or bank transfer to us.

We always work hard to ensure that your parcel arrives as quickly as possible. Please understand that some factors such as weather, heavy mail traffic, and shipping company performance are beyond our control.

We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

  • You changed your mind and wish to request a return
  • Your product was damaged during transit
  • You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased (please see our warranty TERMS & CONDITIONS for full details)
  • You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.

    Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.
