I have received a negative feedback regarding these spouts about it being used and is refurbished.

I can guarantee these spouts are new and never have been used. I am selling these spouts for my uncle.

He is a retired plumber. He used to repair and replace restaurant faucets. But now that he is retired, that's why he has many faucet parts left in his garage. Instead him throwing everything away, I offered to help him sell them here. Since all these spouts and parts have been sitting in his garage for a few years now, that is why there are some discoloration on the brass and it looks like it has been used.
