This is a nice pre-owned genuine ostrich leather belt by Lana Marks.  I don't see too many pre owned marks on this belt sometimes the camera shows a different shade of color on items if the color is very important to you please message me I will not accept a return based on color.
as you can see in the pictures description the holes look to be in good condition. 
the actual measurements are:

all the belts are measured from the beginning of the strap after the buckle to the end after the holes to the very end of the strap.


I have placed several pictures of this belt as part of my description so please look at them all and ask 
any questions you might have before placing your bid. sometimes the camera shows a different shade of color

to estate sales, yard sales, auctions,
and charities for these items in hopes to bring nice pre-owned items available at a reasonable price that 
people would usually pay a lot more for. but remember that they are pre-owned and not new. this house is a 
non smoking home.




Notes About Pictures

· Any major defects which can be seen with the naked eye will be shown in a picture .  
· I always upload 6 to 24 pictures showing all aspects of my shoes and clothing items, so if you are only 
seeing 1 picture you have not found all of them. If you are using a mobile phone app you have to scroll down to 
the area that says “description” and click on that in order to see all of the pictures.
· Return postage is paid by the buyer so please view our pictures closely well before bidding or buying.

FORM OF PAYMENT

We accept PayPal as the form of payment but you can also use your credit cards and debit cards if you go 
through PayPal to pay for your item even if you don’t have a PayPal account set up. This keeps it safe and 
secure for buyers and sellers.

SHIPPING

We will usually ship out within 1 business day of receiving the buyer’s full, cleared payment through PayPal. 
(Barring any unforeseen hindrances, storms, or the like.)  Our business days are Monday through Friday.  So, if 
your item is paid for on a Friday, it won’t be shipped out until Monday. If your item is paid for by 5:00 a.m. 
Pacific Time, I can ship your item the same day.

RETURNS 

We would like you to be able to bid with confidence so we will accept returns up to 14 days after the post mark 
date on the original package. (Unless otherwise stated in the description or shipping info). If the item you 
purchased is not as pictured and described, please notify us and return the item within 14 days of the post 
mark on the package. Our refund policy is not intended to cover buyer’s remorse. Buyer pays return shipping 
charges. 

Please let us know by an email that you are returning the item so we can be watching for it in the mail.  
All original packaging, the packing slip, any warranty books, manuals, etc. must be included inside the 
returned package. If you cannot send the packing slip back for some reason, then please get the eBay item 
number that was issued to that item and send that back to me. 

REFUNDS:  We will refund the cost of the item only, minus the original shipping costs which were paid to the 
Post Office . We cannot refund those postage costs as the Post Office is the agency who received all of those 
funds. We do not add handling, restocking, or any other fees like some do. We are just a small Grandma and 
Grandpa operation.

FEEDBACK
 
Feedback is a voluntary response to a buying or selling event but we would sure appreciate your input into this 
valuable informational source for everyone who shops or sells on eBay. We can see at a glance if a buyer or 
seller has done what is right and honorable in all of their buying and selling events. We will enter a feedback 
score on your purchase and speed of payment as soon as you purchase and pay for your item. 

Then we will wait patiently for your (hopefully excellent) feedback which we hope will be forthcoming after you 
have received your item and checked it out according to our descriptions and pictures. If you feel that the item 
was misrepresented in some way, please send us an email letting us know before leaving a negative feedback.

FULL DISCLOSURE OF CONDITION

Please remember that our items are in gently used condition and we don't know what type of environment they were 
in before we purchased them. we do not take these items to get them dry-cleaned if the tags say dry-clean only 
or if there is no tag at all. If we did this, we would have to add $5 to $25 to the cost of the item so we leave 
that decision to the buyer to dry-clean or not to dry-clean.  We do launder items that look like they have been 
worn. If the item looks like it is new without the tags, or has a dry-cleaners ticket on it,or has bling , 
shoulder pads , wool or silk some kind of light materials even though it doesn't have a dry clean only tag we 
do not launder these items. We include pictures of all defects, rips, tears, stains, etc., (if it can be seen 
with the naked eye) but sometimes a flaw may get past our visual inspection process. If this should happen with 
the item you have purchased please let us know before leaving negative feedback. Please email us a picture of 
the discrepancy of disclosed description, we’ll try to make it right so you will be satisfied with our 
transaction.  We want your shopping experience with eBay to be a pleasant one.  We will always try to be 
extremely careful in representing and describing the item to the best of our ability and will never try to 
hide anything about the item or intentionally misrepresent the item through our description or our pictures.
