This Cigarette case is of high quality, 

beautifully Designed and Signed by the Artist on the Upper Left Side.

950 Sterling Silver contains Higher Silver content than the normal 925 purity per 1000.

About CPO Hallmark: While the US Occupation in Japan from 1946 to 1948,

This marking was a Stamp by US Army in Japan after WW2 in various type of products. 

The material was acquired from CPO Office (Central Purchasing Office) 

and given to the manufacturers.

All items were marked for export, and no taxes were paid in Japan. 

Then they export these products to US. 

Or these pieces were sold in the PX (Army Post Exchange Store).

After 2 years this practice was replaced by "Export Product".

Therefore CPO Marking Products are more desirable for the Collectors.
