Due to new Ebay policy changes, I will currently be accepting returns under the following conditions – 

·         Buyer is solely responsible for all original shipping fees, as well as return shipping costs ( unless an item was sent incorrectly or other error on my part ) 

·         AUCTIONS OFFERING * FREE SHIPPING * - When merchandise is returned for a refund, the original shipping cost ( actual fee paid by seller ) will be deducted from the buyer’s original price paid ( in other words, you will be refunded ONLY the cost of merchandise – “free shipping” is non-refundable.

·         Merchandise must be returned via same method as original shipping used -- sometimes, including INSURANCE ( if specified by seller  )

·         ALL receipts/proof of return MUST be retained by buyer until after credit has been issued from Seller. 

·         Any merchandise which has been OPENED, USED, SOILED OR DAMAGED will not be accepted for return.  Original Tags must not have been removed!  ( if applicable )

·         Any personal care or beauty products such as perfumes, lotions, make-up, hair products, etc... cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons ( no exceptions! ) 

·         EXPIRED coupons cannot be returned for a refund.

·         VINTAGE ITEMS are not eligible for return -- THEY ARE SOLD "AS IS” ( unless noted differently in actual listing. )
