[RETURN POLICY]

*If you don't like the item. Ordered the wrong item.
You can return most items to us within 30-days of the date you received the item for: A refund minus a 20% restocking fee, the shipping you originally paid will not be refunded. Certain items cannot be returned. (check 'policy' tab of each product) We are NOT responsible for the shipping charges to get the item back to our location. An item returned without its original packaging will incur a $35.00 (or more) fee, which will be automatically taken out of your refund amount.

If we sent you the incorrect item, we will pick up the incorrect item at our cost, and have the correct item sent out at our cost. Click the order to open the details of the order, scroll to the bottom and fill out the 'Create Return Request' area. In the 'Comments' section please tell us the model # of the incorrect item you received. If you do not include this info it will delay your request.
