DELIVERY TIME

All parts need to be ordered before 1 PM for same-day dispatch, however next day delivery can’t be guaranteed. We offer free next day delivery of orders more then £35 when ordered before 1 PM.

SHIPPING

We provide free first-class postage for UK and mainland areas. Orders must be placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. If purchased Saturday-Sunday it will be processed the next working day.

WARRANTY

All our new parts are covered by a 1-year warranty.
Refurbished parts have a 1-year warranty, the part must be sent to us for testing prior to any warranty claim being agreed.
All warranty returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and contact details.

Exclusions to warranty:
Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty.
For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) if the parts have experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by warranty.
Failures or defects caused by misuse.

RETURNS POLICY

• Complete the return form and provide return reasons
• If the item you received is faulty, we will reimburse postage up to £6.50
• A 20% restocking fee is applied if returned items are not faulty
• The refund will be processed back via eBay

If your part is lost or the incorrect item has been sent out, we will arrange a collection and issue the appropriate replacement. Pease note if you choose to send this to us directly, the maximum refund for postage is £6.50.
