Trading with me is easy, trusty & fast. We do our best to include the best variety of colors, designs & styles. However its for both new and used items. The value of the item guarantees a mobile phone. Items in the lucky dip are completely random and will not cater to individual needs or circumstances such as age, size, hobbies, interests, allergies, etc, but if you want to give us your size, gender, or age, you can put the information on the note, and we will consider your information to arrange the box.

The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on the website caused by many factors such as the brightness of your monitor and light brightness. Item does not come with the box or packaging. One per item sold.

Due to the need of delivery packaging, we may take away the packaging boxes of some products and integrated the packages more compactly, but all the products are brand new and perfect.

Pictures do not represent the actual item being sold. They are just used as a representation.

Postage

Please note that we DO NOT accept responsibility for goods LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED or DELAYED in transit. If by chance your item is found to be lost, stolen or damaged, and it has the appropriate insurance, it will be replaced or money refunded only AFTER the carrier has completed their investigation and declared the item lost, stolen or damaged. All shipping costs associated with returning a damaged/faulty item are the responsibility of the buyer.
