Instead of the 4 Presidents busts, it features 4 famous Universal Monsters: Frankenstein, Dracula, Wolfman and The Mummy. It measures 5.5" x 3.5" x 2.5" and it comes in it's original box. Both the figure and the box are in really nice shape. It is fully licensed by Universal Studios, made by Sideshow Toys and dated 1998.
