Flip Fix Fire Rated Plasterboard Access Panel
The Flip Fix wall or ceiling access panel has a plasterboard door and 25mm beaded frame and is supplied with a budget Lock.
The panel is 1 hour fire rated as standard (exceeding fd30 and fd60 fire door specification). Suitable for building services, concealed flues, ducts and chimney systems. Available in small and large sizes: 150x150mm, 200x200mm, 300x300mm, 450x450mm, 550x550mm, 600x300mm, 600x600mm, 900x600mm and 1200x600mm.
** Please note: 900x600mm and 1200x600mm will not be in the flipfix range – these will be need to be screwed through the side of the frame into a timber surround due to the weight of the panel.
Easy to Fit
Save time and money on fitting as this is the easiest Fire Rated Access Panel to install, no need for a timber surround to screw into. The revolutionary FlipFix device clamps up to plasterboard (please see fitting video above in the images). The FLIPFIX Access Panels come with a unique Fitting Device making it 5 times quicker to fit compared to a traditional panel saving you 80% on fitting costs. You simply just cut, Flip and Fix with drill set to torque level 3.
The FlipFix device easily secures the panel against plasterboard with a thickness from 8mm to 32mm.

The Flipfix device covers all plasterboard from 8mm- 32mm so can be used on double board.

Powder Coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss. Other colours available upon request. These panels are for inspection use only and are not suitable for personnel access.
The Easy Install FlipFix Plasterboard Door Beaded Frame Access Panels are manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick Door and a 0.9mm thick Frame.
