Lovely, early Victorian era costume dress consisting of a vintage 60's-70's gold stretch velvet under dress, with an empire waist, short puffed sleeves, and a ruffled hem.

Retired rental costume, never worn.

The over dress is handmade by our seamstress using Simplicity pattern #8399.

The fabric is a stretch polyester in a beautiful burnt orange and black floral pattern, trimmed with a black braid trim.

Hook & eye closure at the bustline.

There are no brand or size tags on the vintage dress, but measurements indicate a S/M. (Fabric is stretchy)
