VINTAGE 1950s Little Black Dress. Probably handmade, no tags. Dress is black taffeta with a floral-like print. Scalloped neckline, fit and flare, open skirt. No lining. Metal zipper in back. Has awesome front POCKETS! Would look great with a belt, petticoat and brooch.

Fits like a ladies small or smallish/medium- no stretch. Go by measurements:
Bust: 36"
Waist: 27"
Hips: open
Length: 44"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 15" flat
Sleeve length: 3" (cap)
My measurements are 5'5" tall and 34/28/38- too tight in waist and too big in chest on me (in photos).

Dress is in good vintage condition. There are a couple of small mends, spots, scuffs. Also a couple of tiny pin holes on bodice- probably from a brooch or corsage- but they get lost in the print. Some very minor discoloring on sleeves and pocket flaps. See all photos.
