This is a Michael Muller Holzkustgewerbe Window Picture set Snowman and Stars.  The set includes a standing wood cutout design of a snowman with a child on either side building it.  The child on the left is holding a broom for it and the one on the right is placing the carrot for the nose.  There are branches of a tree above them with a bird on them above the snowman's head.  There is a separate piece that rests on top of the arched cutout of three white sparkly trees.  The set is new in the box and contains the cutout, arch piece, extra bulb, cord and directions.  The plug has an on/off switch and the ends of the plug need an adapter to convert from German plug to US (not included).  Made in Germany.
