Sometimes it may not be possible to connect a new “source” to an old “preamplifier” or “amplifier”, because modern “source” usually have high output level, but the old hifi equipment usually have low level input..

It’s therefore possible to have distortion, compression or high noise level.

These attenuators can resolve all these problems.

You can simply plug them into any input sockets of your “pre/amplifier”, then plug the source component into the Attenuators, and the audio level will be reduced giving better Volume control at low levels and operating well away from the end stops, without any kind of distortion, without quality reduction.

These High Quality Attenuators will reduce the signal amplitude, without any loss in quality or frequency response.

”Before” and “after” the Attenuator, the audio signal will have exactly the same quality.

This sale is for a PAIR of “RCA to RCA” (female to male) Attenuators, -12dB attenuation.

Connect the Attenuators to the input socket of pre/power amp, and not to the output socket of source.
