  • If your item is delayed - Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 20 days after the item was posted therefore we are unable to process any claims for compensation or replace lost items until 20 days have passed. This is to allow time for the item to be returned if there are problems en route.

  • Other than under the 12mnth guarantee, we only exchange/refund if the product arrives in a damaged/defective condition. 
  • If your product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, it is very important that you contact us immediately.
  • The item must returned in its original condition and not before authorisation has been recieved.
  • Defective items will not be replaced if there are signs of use or tampering. The item will be returned and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs involved if item has been tampered with/used.
