VINTAGE EMERALD GREEN GLASS WIDE LIP EXTRAORDINARY VASE HAND MADE, NOT OFTEN SEEN DESIGN, STYLIZED.

Excellent condition.  7.5 inches tall, 2.5 inch base, 3 inch top diameter.   Vintage, mid century modern to 1970s.  Possibly earlier.  Doughnut or Flying saucer opening.  Stretched bubbles.  Hand blown, exceptionally different.  Very beautiful.
