Please note that these items are brand new, however, they do not come in retail packaging.

We accept PayPal, cash on collection is also available.

Please note: Collection in person is available from our warehouse Monday to Friday. If you wish to collect your item please let us know by sending us a message via eBay.

Standard delivery is sent via MyHermes tracked service (3-5 working days).

If next day delivery service is required please select “Other 24 Hour Courier” option during check out.

UK Buyers only, we will not ship overseas unless stated in the listing description otherwise.

All next day deliveries MUST have the artwork approved before 1.00 pm.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, if you change your mind then please email us to let us know straight away.

Returned items must not be used or tampered with at all and is in its original packaging.

We will not refund if the seal is broken or our sticker (in some items) is removed.

You have to return everything listed in the Package Content List include the free items, all in its original packaging you received it in.

We will process the refund upon receiving the item back (within 2 working days).

After the 30 days if there is any problem with your item then please email us to let us know and we will do our best to help.

Buyers are responsible for return cost of the item in all cases.

If for any reason the courier has lost your parcel and there was NO sign of delivery after 14 working days then we can issue a refund or send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that we cannot deal with any refund issue or send a replacement before the 14 working days has finished, we will also require a full statement from you (the buyer) stating that you have NOT received your item. This is nothing to do with us, it's the courier's procedure and we have to comply.

Damaged upon receipt: please do not sign for before checking your package well if it is damaged then refuse delivery, damaged parcels will be dealt with immediately, we will need your cooperation to send us proof, such as clear photos showing the damaged parts, we will then confirm it with the courier and send you a replacement then we will make a claim to recover our losses.

The courier company in both cases (no delivery or damaged upon receipt) might contact you to confirm the incident, so your co-operation is much appreciated.

ORDER PROCESS:

1. Make the purchase and pay via eBay.

2. Send your artwork to us. Due to eBay rules and regulations, we’re unable to supply our details before the purchase of the item.

3. If we're creating your artwork, we'll send you a preview before print. Once you have approved your artwork we'll produce your banner. 

If you're supplying the artwork and it's setup correctly for print, we will be in touch to let you know we’re processing your order.

4. Once you have approved your artwork for print, we will print and dispatch within 24 hrs.

All our Items will be checked carefully prior to despatch to ensure you get the best of the best. Once you receive your item and you satisfied with it, please leave a positive feedback on our eBay account, we will do the same for you.

If your postcode is NOT within the UK Mainland we will NOT despatch your item even after purchase, until we check the appropriate postal charges.
