Figure is brand new unopened straight from the Hasbro shipping case. The bubble is still fully attached to the card. HOWEVER The cards do have minor to significant creasing / minor dents to the bubbles. Please see last picture showing an example of the worst one. These still present ok as a carded figure but would really be aimed at someone who is planning on opening the figure. Please note as with most recent 3.75" card backs the cards are quite thin and may have a minor wave.  If condition of the card / bubble is important to you send me a message and I will pick the best one out of inventory and send you pictures showing the condition of the exact item you will receive.  I am a collector myself so figure will be packed securely in a purpose sized box with plenty of bubble wrap and other packaging to ensure it arrives as pictured.
