Condition:
If I rate a CD as 'very good', it may have fingerprints or light marks but it is guaranteed to play without issues...
'excellent' will be almost like new but may show signs of use...
'good' will have marks but is still guaranteed to play without skipping...
I do not grade plastic CD Jewel Cases, but unless noted above, your CD will be sent in a case with unbroken hinges and tray teeth, there may be cracks in the case
In the case of special packaging, card sleeves, digipacks, etc., the grading does include the packaging
