  • Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3pm.   We do not reply to messages on evenings, weekends or bank holidays.

DELIVERIES

  • Plasticraft combine P & P costs, if you purchase several items, please request total from us.
  • All goods will be dispatched within 5 working days.
  • Each item is checked before dispatched & we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during transit.
  • Damaged goods must be notified within 12 hours of receipt of goods to enable to make a claim with the courier.  
  • Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery times, Plasticraft does not accept liability for delays beyond our control.
  • Goods are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Please note our delivery prices are for UK mainland only.  For Ireland and Northern Ireland, Isle of man, Scottish Island & Channel Island, Europe Please message for quote.


 

RETURNS

  • If you are not happy with your product you may return this to us within 14 days of receipt where upon a refund will be given. Please return in the original packaging at your own cost.
  • Postage and packaging is non-refundable.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the products have not been used and the protective masking is still on.
