We are a family run business supplying Aquatic and Pet products at competitive prices.

With a wealth of knowledge, we are a well established reputable company in the Pet Industry and have specialised in Aquatics for many years at our large Aquatic centre in Surrey. 

We offer fast dispatch and have daily weekday collections for our orders from both Royal Mail and our couriers in order to get the products to you as quickly as possible. 

We pride ourselves on good customer service so please do get in touch if you have any questions.

All orders under 2kg and under £100 will be sent via Royal Mail. We offer free postage on the Royal Mail 48 option.

You can choose to pay extra postage to be sent on the Royal Mail 24 service. All orders over 2kg or of high value will be dispatched via our couriers.

We deliver to UK Mainland only. Please click on the "Postage and Payments" tab above to view all options.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please call us as soon as possible. As we dispatch orders every day it may not be possible to cancel an order if it has been processed and you would then need to return the item for a refund. 

Returns

If you no longer require the product then please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will then need to return it to us in its original condition within 30 days for a refund.

It is the customers responsibility for the safe return of any item and the cost of returning it. Please contact us before arranging the return.

Once received if it has been returned in an unused and new condition we will issue the refund. 

If an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us for a replacement or refund. 

If you wish to return any goods if they are no longer suitable please ensure you contact us prior to returning the goods and within 14 days of receiving the items.

We will provide a refund for any goods returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer pays return postage costs. Please ensure you use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

If a product is faulty or damaged please contact us before arranging a return. We can then arrange for either a replacement or a refund to be issued.
