Fully rebuilt engines include

All bearings replaced

New piston rings and piston decoked

Gear box stripped and rebuilt with new circlips

Cylinder head over hauled including new valve stem seals all tolerances checked and valves cleaned and relapped

Only Yamaha genuine parts are used

I can also repaint your engine too  at additional cost

Rebuilt standard  motors comes with a 3 month back to base warranty ** conditions do apply **

A little about me

All my life I have been a Yamaha nerd xt models my main focus I have rebuilt tuned and repaired numerous engines my own being an Xt660z 734cc high compression piston, super finished gearbox, kibblewhite valves and springs, stage 2 cam carrillo rod and balanced crank all the work being my own other than crank work obviously

I have a deep love for anything mechanical and if it isn't right I don't do it

I do take commissions be it an engine rebuild overhauling the head or a crank rebuild. It doesn't stop at engines I build bikes too

Terms and conditions

All parts are the property of builtbyant until paid in full

Warranty

Rebuilt engines must be reinstalled either by builtbyant or a qualified mechanic

Any issues must be reported within 30 days from delivery of rebuilt engines unless previously agreed

In the event of a warranty claim the owner of the engine is responsible for shipping to builtbyant and builtbyant will cover return

Full warranty is covered on full rebuild only     if customer requests to not go with full rebuild warranty claims are discretionary

Any issues after 30 days occuring after will be looked at on a case by case basis
