We sell used parts that were kept by the technician

They were installed for troubleshooting and then removed as not needed.

Were in working condition when removed from a used unit.

Were taken off units damaged in transit that were never used.

are new in open, damaged or missing packaging.

Quality Assurance

Our goal is to provide these used parts at a cost much lower than purchasing new.

We do not test these parts.

If there is a problem with a part you have purchased please, let us know and we will make it right.

Our parts are listed with no returns accepted not because we are unwilling to accept a return when there is a problem but to encourage buyers to contact us directly about any issue so we can remedy the problem directly.

As always, your purchases are protected by eBay's buyer protection program.

Shipping & Returns

Because we are selling parts at the lowest possible price sometimes the cost shipping is half or more of the purchase price.

Please know what part you need before purchasing.

Returns made for any reason that is not the fault of the seller will require return shipping paid by the buyer and the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund.

We have selected "standard shipping" as the only service provided to allow us the flexibility to use the most affordable shipper.

Under one pound, will ship via USPS First Class.

One pound and above will likely ship USPS Priority.

Motors and other larger heavier items may be sent FedEx Ground.

We occasionally use FedEx Smart Post but avoid this if possible as it is slower.

We do not use UPS.

We prefer not to offer overnight or other expedited shipping.
