YATO Professional Kitchen Equipment catering containers are intended for professional use in mass catering establishments
They are made of the highest quality stainless steel type 201, with a matte and smooth surface, in accordance with the GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1: 1996 standard
GN containers are used to store food in refrigeration and freezing conditions - down to -40 C
They are also ideal for use in the range of higher temperatures - up to 300 C
Thanks to this, they can be used in the technology of combi steamers

They are characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and the action of organic acids and detergents
That is why they are dishwasher safe and resistant to intense scrubbing of the surface

Particular attention was paid to details such as rounded corners or smooth edges, which ensure a high level of safety and hygiene of use
Additional embossing on the circumference of each container strengthens its structure, protecting it against creases caused during operation and allows for stacking in two different places
